Change does bring discomfort but it is necessary for growth. Sometime you may have to quit a job you are comfortable at in order to move on to the next development in your career goals.

A phrase to remember
Tips from the PROS: Today, a phrase like "that's not my job" will never be uttered by anyone who wants to keep their job! The most valued employees are those who are flexible and do what is required regardless of the job title or job description.
The difference between a job and a career
A job is a series of tasks or activities that are performed within a scope of what l we call work. A career is the integration of our personality with our job activities. Therefore, our career becomes a primary part of our identity or our self-concept.
